I would like us to add security levels and guidelines for assigning them to the subcommittee agenda.

In talking to Jason at the MZF last weekend I got the impression (maybe or maybe not correctly) that there are currently 2 levels of users, the general public and NA members.  Only NA members can add to the Discussion Boards and download from the Administrative page.  Or maybe downloads from the admin page are a 3rd level?  Also, Jason is having to decide which level to give without any guidelines.

The MZF has discussed we want the minutes to be available to any NA member and "You are a member when you say you are".  So establishing the guidelines for that level seems pretty basic.  I think, since the mailing list includes everyone's full name and address that should not be posted on the website.  Perhaps we also need to think about not having full names on the check register/treasurer's report - maybe first name and position instead.

I don't know what all can and/or should be done but I was thinking we might want to add an "executive committee" level which is required to upload anything to the Administrative page.  I noticed a file for "Reports" has been added.  Is that intended for executive committee reports or also for regional reports?  If we want regional reports in that folder is it possible to add a separate level which allows RD/RDAs to upload to that folder without uploading to anything else on the Administrative page?

Anyway those are some of my thoughts.  Love ya, Blynn
