Howdy family, The Wi region will be forwarding the idea that CAT MATERAL BE PLACED IN Old buisness. We used to recive them as we walked into the WSC now there is plenty of time to get input from our service structure/ some even from the groups. The only policy I know of is the distribution schedule of the CAR allows the RDs time too recive direction for action from the GROUP.... that allows it be concidered OLD Buisness CAT approval is only requested of the trusted servants and with the two year cycle it is distributed a couple weeks after the CAR The only change would be the World Board would have full input to the motions and not VOTE on it ... only the RDEs vote on OLD buisness Along with the RDs, the world Board will still vote on elections ... They are the most informed to the needs of the projects Let me know your thoughts!!! (((hugs))) John H
